Statement
Currently studying for an MA in Producing And Directing Television Entertainment at the NFTS. Come from Iceland where I've worked in the media since the age of sixteen, for 12 years as a camera operator, technician and vision mixer, and the last 3 years as a director and assistant producer.  Highly motivated and dream of directing the biggest shows on earth.

Credits
Multi-Camera Director and Producer- NFTS student productions [2015]
Directed the late-night entertainment show pilot "Hashtag". Produced the live magazine show "Outside The Box" and helped with various other student productions, in the studio and on location. 

Vision mixer - RÚV, Icelandic National Broadcasting [2012-2014]
Have participated in virtually every in-house production, from evening news to the Eurovision national qualifiers.

Director - Silent Company ehf. [2014]
A short stint with this event and corporate focused company, directing online marketing videos and content for various businesses.

Director - Stórveldið ehf. [2013-2014]
Directed among other things a youth pop culture series for Channel 2, talk shows and music programmes for Bravó and infomercials and breakfast TV for channel Mikligarður.

News director - Channel 2/365 Media [2013]
Directed and produced the evening news of Channel 2 in Iceland. Also took on some extra projects aimed at younger audiences.

Technical Manager - RÚV, Icelandic National Broadcasting [2012-2013]
Technical Manager and racks engineer on small/medium studio shows and OB's.

Assistant Producer - Sagafilm [2011-2012]
Worked as a shooting, editing assistant producer on a number of factual entertainment programmes. Was also the go-to vision mixer for bigger productions and sports OB's.
